I loosely based this foodscape on ' a scene of New York from central park'. Everything seen in the photograph is made of food except the gate. The towers were created using lego and studio lights. This took a few attempts to get right, most of the work was in the preparation. The main thing to remember when working with food is speed. You have a short window to get it right before they start to perish.
